Aspen Ladd was 14 when she began to train in the combat sports. Aspen Ladd trained in BJJ, kickboxing, boxing and wrestling before making her professional debut at WCFC at the age of 18. Ladd gained momentum from this victory and began a 3 fight winning streak at Ultimate Reno Combat finishing her opponents in the opening round in each fight. In WCFC, Ladd defeated Leslie Rodriguez with a unanimous decision. Aspen beat Silvia Babaeghian Maddy Simmons and Cynthia Calvillo in WCFC 9 before taking on Cynthia Calvillo in WCFC 9 Cynthia outclassed Aspen and swept her away in unanimity to create an ominous mark on her amateur record. Ladd was victorious in her subsequent match in a fight with Roma Pawelek to improve to a record of 8-1. Aspen made her debut with Invicta FC in 2015 to make her debut as a professional. Invicta Fc 11 she dominated Ana Carolina Vidal and won the fight in the first round via TKO. Invicta Fc16 was Aspen's first bout as a Bantamweight. She beat Amanda Cooper with an armbar in the second round. Aspen utilized her expertise in wrestling to knock down McGill by TKO in the third round (elbows & punches). Aspen then fought Jessica Hoy in Invicta FC 18 at weight of catchweight (138.1lb) As Ladd was unable to reach her weight. Despite this, Aspen was able to take on Hoy. Aspen won her fight via TKO in the second-round. As for her final fight for Promotion, she fought Sijara Eubanks by unanimous decision at Invicta FC 21. Aspen Ladd was the first UFC fighter to debut. She took on Linalansberg in UFC Fight Night 118. She outclassed Lina and pounded her with a ground-and-pound for a second-round TKO victory. She remained dominant as she picked up another victory over Tonya Avinger at UFC 229 with her next bout. Ladd defeated Evinger within the first few seconds and earned a reward for the performance of the night. Invicta FC's Sijara Ebanks was her opponent in the rematch that took place at UFC Fight Night dos Anjos against Lee. This was Ladd's first major match. Ladd, who won an unanimous decision in some great exchanges with the fighters received her Fight of the Night bonuses. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie only needed 16 seconds to stop Ladd and her winning streak. Yana Knitskaya lost in the third at UFC 7 on ESPN. In her most recent fight with the UFC she was a part of Norma Dumont at UFC Fight Night 195 in a rematch fight. The decision was made unanimously in her favor.

Brockport's two-sport athlete was part of both the lacrosse as well as women's soccer teams. Norman was keyed as an outstanding athlete at Brockport which was where she primarily played in the defensive part of the ball. In her role as a defender, Norman excelled in blocking balls. She also made smart decision-making when it came time to assess an opponent's offense. The freshman brings a number of great attributes in the Lady Lakers in 2012. She is a tenacious thinker and is able to play at an exceptional quality when it comes to defense. This is a big advantage heading into her first season at Finger Lakes. In the coming season, her potential will be put displayed as it's considered that she has the necessary tools to become an impactful player in the future. Norman is currently majoring in sciences and liberal arts.
